The Effects of Metro Systems in the GCC

Compared metro systems in Doha and Riyadh, focusing on rail investment, first- and last-mile access, pricing policy, transit-oriented development, congestion, emissions, and car use in Gulf cities.

Built a team house-price prediction pipeline in Python with missing-value imputation, categorical encoding, feature engineering, gradient boosting, cross-validation, and model ensembling.
