The Workplace Structure of Kuwait in 2011

Employment centres, concentration, and the separation of workplace and residence

Rebuilding Kuwait's Domestic Sovereign Market

The 2025 to 2026 restart, maturity structure, and bank absorption

Bottom lineThe restart created six maturity points and a longer issuance mix, but local-bank absorption and published bids do not prove market liquidity.

Kuwait's Procurement Portal Is a Lead, Not Yet a Dataset

A field-level audit of one indexed CAPT winning-bids page

Kuwait's 2026 Platform Rulebook

How Decision 109/2026 governs both sides of the delivery market

Bottom lineThe rule combines fee caps with multi-homing, ranking, data, payouts, complaints, and enforcement. Public evidence shows the rulebook, not market effects.

About the evidence labels and public data

Publication stage and evidence type are kept separate. A completed paper can remain descriptive, while a short research blog can provide a useful measurement result without claiming causality.

Every entry states its public-data ceiling. Ministry of Justice estimates are attributed as "Kuwait Ministry of Justice; author's calculations." Public pages and PDFs exclude transaction rows, deed identifiers, exact transaction locations, restricted firm records, and other raw research data.
